Release Date: October 23, 2025
We’ve updated the Alerts & Notifications section on the Profile Page with a refreshed layout and an improved experience for creating and managing alerts.
⚙️ Alerts
The Alerts area now provides a cleaner layout and better visibility into all the alerts connected to your account.
Here’s what you’ll see:
Alerts created by the Instore.AI Customer Success (CS) team – these are preconfigured to help you stay informed.
Any custom alerts you’ve created yourself.
What you can do:
Use the filters at the top to view alerts by All, ASAP, Daily, or Weekly.
Create your own alerts using the + Custom Alert button.
Disable CS-created alerts if you prefer not to receive them.
Click the ⚙️ (cogwheel) icon to copy and adjust alert settings, creating your own editable version.
If you’d like a CS-created alert fully removed, contact our team via the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

The Pulse Subscriptions section has been visually refreshed for a cleaner and more consistent look.
Functionality remains the same — you can still subscribe, view, and manage your Pulse Reports as before.
