🚀 Release Notes — Web App 3.2.0

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Release date: December 4, 2025

We’ve completely redesigned how you create and manage your Pulse reports — giving you full freedom to customize what, where, and when you receive insights.

1) New: Loyalty Pulse Report Configuration Now Visible to All Users

All users can now access the Loyalty Pulse Report configuration directly from the My Profile page.

What’s new?

  • A dedicated Loyalty Pulse Report is now available for every user.

  • This makes it easier to review or adjust your loyalty reporting preferences at any time.

Why this matters

This update ensures full transparency and consistent access across all users, making the reporting experience simpler and more intuitive.

🎉 2) New: Create Unlimited Custom Pulse Reports

We’ve unlocked a major upgrade to Pulse reports — you can now create as many reports as you need, each fully customized to your workflow.

What’s new?

You can now create unlimited Pulse reports, each with its own:

  • Name and description

  • Report type (Loyalty or Product & Inventory)

  • Delivery schedule: daily or weekly

  • Delivery time (morning, afternoon, or midnight)

  • Time zone

  • Store and district selection

Every report can have a unique combination of regions and schedules.

🛡️ Important Notes

Your existing reports will remain exactly the same

  • No reports will split

  • No duplicates will be created

  • Nothing will change or break

Your current setup will continue working without interruptions.

Why old reports show “Untitled subscription”

Older reports never required a name.
Now that naming is supported, they will appear as “Untitled subscription.”
You can rename them anytime by selecting Edit, adding a name, and saving.
