You can now pin a specific store to keep it fixed while reviewing heatmaps, making store-to-store comparisons easier.

More flexible alert configuration
Alert setup now supports selecting multiple delivery channels at once, simplifying configuration for admins.


Improvements & fixes

More reliable exports
Analytics and heatmap exports now consistently generate complete files and respect the selected date range.

Clearer charts and heatmaps
Days with no data are now displayed correctly, ensuring visualizations accurately reflect gaps rather than skipping days.

Smoother event review experience

  • Store events reopen reliably on the first click

  • The Translate button remains responsive during audio playback

  • Shared recordings only log activity when playback actually starts

Improved account and subscription behavior

  • Email addresses can no longer be assigned to multiple accounts

  • Subscription buttons now immediately reflect updated settings

Clearer user activation feedback
Deleted-user activation links now display a clear error instead of entering a broken flow.
